Do you ever take a break from training? If so, why and for how long?
I normally take a day or two break after competition to allow my body to recover from any niggling injuries that might effect my training

What is in your opinion your weakest body part and how do you plan on improving it?
I would say abs … each competition requires different strategies or game plans which means different training programs. Strict diet
What is your best advice on sticking to a diet?
Choose a diet that will be easy to follow and suits your training needs. Also keep it simple and one that adapts to your life style.
