Donavin's Supplement Stack

My stack differs each month depending on the type of fight I am preparing for. For example, the below stack is for an increase in strength and maintaining weight at Light Heavies. With weight cutting, I make use of a different stack all together – cutting out Creatine and all carbs.

Ripped Hardcore 240s  - 4 caps 3 x per day
100% Glutamine 500g – As suggested
BCAA Complex 180's – 3 caps 2 x per day
Opti C 60's – 1 tab 3 x per day
Opti Vit 90's – 1 cap 3 x per day
100% Whey Supreme 2.5kg Strawberry – 2 scoops before and after training and 1 x lunch time diet  ( total 5 x per day)
Xplode powder Berry Blast  600g – as suggested on intense training days
Lean Body Thermostack Dualpack  - 4 x am tabs in morning and 4 x pm caps at night
