5pm-6.30pm: Weight training – Flat Bench (3 x 12), Incline Fly’s (3 x 12), long bar curls (3 x 12) & seated dumbbell curls (3 x 12)
6.30pm-8pm: Instructing MMA class (Gateway) – Stand up techniques

Tuesday
5am-6.30am: Group Training – super circuit, heavy bag, ground and pound & grappling
5.30pm-6pm: 5km run
6pm-8pm: Instructing MMA class – stand up techniques

Wednesday
5am-6.30am: Group Training – super circuit, heavy bag, ground and pound & grappling
