To get into the best condition I can, with a vision of competing in competitions one day.

What is in your opinion your weakest body part and how do you plan on improving it?
My weakest body part would be my shoulders, through perseverance and hard work the strength in my shoulders will eventually increase, I just have to give them a bit more attention.
What is your best advice on sticking to a diet?
Discipline is the key
What is your favourite cheat meal?
I have a sweet tooth so things like chocolate and an ice-cream

Grilled fish, salad, tuna, grilled chicken, whey protein
