Mornings04:30am will have some Staminade recovery before training and another directly after.
07:00am
I have 1 serving weigh protein with a portion of oats
10:00am
I will have last night supper (chicken, fish, Steak with some veggies)
13:00pm
Some Rice cakes and peanut butter with a whey protein shake.
15:00pm
I have a pre workout weigh protein shake.
18:00pm
After gym I have another protein shake mixed with 100% Glutamine & Creatine Supreme
19:00pm
Ill have supper (veggies, fish, Chicken or some steak)
