Mondays – Fridays

Mornings MMA Training
05:00am – 06:00am
Mornings  consist of sparing, grappling, BJJ, Boxing and kickboxing.

Afternoon - Gym Training
17:00 – 18:00
2 weeks will be body building type training combined with strength training and then for 1 week, will be lighter weights with more explosive movements

Monday - Chest & Calves
Tuesday - Shoulders & Biceps
Wedensday - Day off                                                                  
Thursday - Back & Triceps                      .                                                                       
Friday - Legs

Saturdays

From 8:00am – 09:00am I have personal standup training and then there after 10:00 – 11:00 I go to rugby field and do some running and explosive bursts and endurance training.

Sundays

Afternoons from 15:00 – 16:30 I have MMA training combined with endurance training consisting of weigh circuit followed by some intense sparing and MMA simulations.
