Bismarck's Diet

At 6am before training I normally have coffee and cereal with one of my mom's rusks, but only one! After training, I'll have cereal and fruit that we get after practice sessions at the stadium. Then it's off to work - I pack a lunchbox for myself the night before, with last nights' leftovers. I'll have something to eat 20 minutes after training and for dinner, I'll eat mostly meat, preferably from my farm.
