Staminade Endure
Muscle Science’s Staminade Endure sports fuel has been specifically designed to boost your sports performance, delay fatigue and synergistically increase energy levels. The electrolytes in combination with energy releasing vitamins assist in superior muscle function and sustained physical output.
This scientifically formulated energy blend prevents dehydration and extends endurance by promoting rapid fluid absorption. It provides sustained energy and lactic acid buffering protection to working muscles and is essential for endurance sports. It also includes an isotonic formula for electrolyte replenishment.
The carbohydrates in Staminade Endure are comprised of glucose polymers, glucose and small amounts of fructose, in a combination found to be the best for rehydration and replenishment of both muscle and liver glycogen stores. In addition Staminade Endure contains energizing B vitamins, the antioxidant Vitamin C, a scientific blend of electrolytes and minerals (potassium, sodium, magnesium, calcium, chloride and phosphorus) and a phosphate buffer which may help to reduce acid build up in muscle tissue thereby extending performance.
Staminade Endure is lightly flavoured with low sweetness and is lower in sodium and higher in potassium than traditional sports drinks, whilst the high magnesium content further assists with cramp control. Staminade Endure contains no preservatives.

This is done because sucrose is an inexpensive carbohydrate source as well as a great flavour enhancer. Muscle Science Staminade Endure contains the ideal profile of carbohydrates comprised predominantly of glucose polymers, (maltodextrin), glucose and small amounts of fructose in a ratio research proven to be best for rehydration and replenishment of muscle and liver glycogen stores.
Calcium Lactate & Potassium Phosphate: Calcium lactate and potassium phosphate has been added to buffer lactic acid build‐up and therefore delay fatigue. B Vitamins, Folic Acid & Biotin: Have been added to support energy metabolism.
Electrolytes and Vitamin C: Added electrolytes to replace those lost in sweat and vitamin c for antioxidant protection.
Directions
Mix 4 level scoops (45g) powder with 500ml water. Stir or shake until dissolved. Drink one glass (250ml) before commencing exercise; thereafter continue to drink at a rate of 250ml for every fifteen to twenty minutes of exercise in order to maintain optimum energy and hydration
Suggested Usage and Stack
Usage = Daily, pre and during training
Stack = To ensure optimal performance in any endurance training session or sporting event, stack Muscle Science Staminade Endure powder with the recovery drink such as Muscle Science Staminade Recover.
To assist with thorough recovery from any event, stack with recovery agents such as Muscle Science 100% Glutamine and Muscle Science BCAA’s Complex. As well as a combination of supplements from the Muscle Science Daily Health Range.
