Whey protein contains abundant amounts of the three BCAA’s (L‐Leucine, L‐Valine and L‐Isoleucine), which are known to reduce fatigue as well as having the ability to act as a fuel source during exercise. Directions
Consume one serving immediately following sporting event or training session.
Serving sizes and mixing ratios may be adjusted to meet individual requirements and taste preferences.
Additional servings may be taken during the day depending on individual activity levels & nutritional requirements.
Under 60 kg Bodyweight
Mix 55 g (1½ scoops) with approximately 200 to 300 ml cold water and stir or shake until dissolved.
60 to 80 kg Bodyweight
Mix 65 g (2 scoops) with approximately 300 to 400 ml cold water and stir or shake until dissolved.
Over 80 kg Bodyweight
Mix 75 g (2 ½ scoops) with approximately 400 to 500 ml cold water and stir or shake until dissolved.
Suggested Usage and Stack
Usage = Daily and post training
Stack = For optimal performance and endurance during a sporting event, stack Muscle Science Staminade Recover with Muscle Science Staminade Endure products during the event.
