Mr O is getting closer

This week I dropped my carbs a little because this weekend I'm heading off to Cape Town for the WP Provincials. Tony Freeman is going to be a special guest, flown in from the US to do a guest appearance and I'm looking forward to it.

Muscle Science sponsored athlete and reigning IFBB Mr SA, Johan Boshoff started his 2011 campaign on a winning note by winning the Super Athletic Category and placing second overall at the Boksburg Classic in Springs over the weekend.

Johan weighing in at 90kg, his heaviest ever, is already in awesome shape at the beginning of the season. Johan credits his fantastic early season form due to staying in great shape during the off-season and the support he receives from MUSCLE SCIENCE – “Without the support from MUSCLE SCIENCE I would never be able to compete at this level” says Bossie.

Well done Johan – you are once again making us proud.
