Power up your Training
You want to see results in your training, right? You are doing all the right things… eating right and training hard. So what more can you do to be able to see a serious increase in your power and fitness levels?
I felt the same; I was strong and fit, but felt I had hit a bit of a wall, where I was increasing the weights on my lifts very slowly. That’s when I was introduced to the new product from Muscle Science, called MSP. The MSP range is not just any regular supplement, it 100% clean with 0% banned ingredients, and it honestly does what it claims to do. The MSP range is a 3-step plan; MSP 1 - Replenish for Before / During, MSP 2 – Rebuild for Post Exercise / Recovery, and your slow release protein mix, MSP 3 Metagain (nightcap).
What most people don’t realise is how important it is to have a solid recovery program in place. How can you expect your body to exert maximum effort almost every day, without giving it the required nourishment and fuel to recover… That is exactly where I was going wrong, I was taking my whey Protein, which was great and giving me the strength, but I just needed a little more. This is why the Rebuild (MSP 2) with BetaPower as part of the MSP range has been instrumental in smashing all my personal best scores in the gym.
I have seen my back squat go form a 140kg (to a sitting position) soar to 200kg in just 2 months, without any change to my training routine. My dead lift went form 180kg to a massive 210kg in the same time. THAT IS A 25-30% INCREASE OF PURE POWER AND STRENGTH!
If you are serious about your training and about reaching your fitness goals, I strongly recommend using this product. It will give you everything you need, in a clean, healthy, and structured supplement program.

HOFFMAN SECURES TASOL-GT THE DURBAN DOUBLE
In a complete turn around from last year’s race, local pro cycle team Tasol-GT outwitted pre-race favorites Bonitas to win the 25th edition of the Amashova Durban Cycle Classic yesterday (Sunday).
It was a particularly satisfying result for surely the country’s top sprinter, Nolan Hoffman, who pulled off a long-awaited victory, overtaking the lead Bonitas fast man, Tyler Day, in the home stretch in Masabalala Yengwa Avenue in front of the Moses Mabhida Stadium.
A surprise second was 2005 winner, Herman Fouche from Boksburg, riding solo in the colours of Cape Town Market, with Hoffman’s team captain, Dean Edwards third with Anton Davis 4th and Day fading into 5th place on the finish line.
